Welcome to Database T14, where we the researchers of the Atlas Research Corporation create entries for each notable part of The Backrooms. We gained access to The Backrooms after the creation of Liminal Gateways in 1949, allowing us to explore what are deemed the back rooms of reality. For 18 years, The Backrooms would remain confidential to prevent the worry of anomalous occurrences for the public eye, but would be ultimately declassified after the spread of Liminal Gateways after an incident occurred in 1958. This would eventually result in the creation of this database by Atlas Research’s scientists. Since then, daring wanderers of The Backrooms have went deep into the dark, the strange, and the uncanny, to forever change the meaning of what is real and what isn't.
